Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2, 2026.

This policy explains what information Yall Traveling collects when you visit https://www.yalltraveling.com, why it's collected, and what choices you have.

What we collect

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't sell anything directly, so there's no name, address, or payment information to collect.

If you email us, we'll have whatever you put in that email. We use it to reply and nothing else.

Like nearly every website, our host records standard server logs: the pages requested, the time, the browser and device type, the referring page, and an IP address. These are used to keep the site running and to understand which articles people read.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This site sets one cookie of its own, and only for the site's administrator when signing in to publish articles. Ordinary visitors are not given a login cookie.

Third parties described below may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of any website may behave differently if you do.

Advertising

This site may display advertising served by Google, including Google AdSense.

  • Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can also opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

Third-party advertising networks and vendors may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect information about your activity across websites in order to provide targeted advertising. We do not control those technologies and do not receive the information they gather.

Analytics

We may use an analytics service to count visits and see which articles are being read. This measures traffic in aggregate; it is not used to identify individual readers.

Links to other sites

Articles link to restaurants, parks, museums, map services, and other outside websites. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site, governed by their privacy policy, not this one. We'd encourage you to read theirs if you're concerned.

Affiliate links and sponsorship

If an article ever contains an affiliate link, or if a business has paid for or otherwise sponsored coverage, that will be disclosed clearly within the article itself. Absent such a disclosure, no payment was involved.

Children

This site is written for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Because this site does not maintain accounts, in most cases the only information tied to you is in server logs and in any email you've sent us. Write to us at the address below and we'll do what we can.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the front page.
